All sales are final on custom-made items. Because each shirt is made-to-order just for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for ordering the wrong size, color, or design changes once your order is placed.

However, we stand by our quality!

If your order arrives with a defect, damage, or a printing error that was our fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item:

2.Include clear photos of the issue.

3.We'll review and respond within 2 business days.

Note: We cannot accept returns for slight color variations, small placement shifts (up to 2 inches), or sizing issues- please double-check our size chart before ordering!
