• Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via USPS for small orders, or UPS for larger orders.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.

• All sales are final on custom-made items.
• if your item arrives defective or incorrect due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
